We are currently looking for a Subcontracts Representative who will handle moderately complex subcontract development and administration within the Subcontracts Group. Primary Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • Managing subcontracts of moderate complexity.
  • Maintaining accurate record-keeping and following prescribed filing procedures.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in using relevant software applications.

Subcontract Development Responsibilities (If Assigned):

  • Creating bid documents and compiling a list of potential subcontractors.
  • Communicating scoping details to subcontractors with oversight where necessary.
  • Coordinating the bid evaluation process, distributing proposals, preparing bid tabulations and collaborating with the team for final assessments.
  • Recommending bidders for selection and awarding of contracts.
  • Scheduling organizing and overseeing the negotiation process with guidance from senior team members.
  • Addressing basic and moderately complex issues regarding contractual terms and conditions.
  • Facilitating subcontractor compliance with prequalification standards.

Subcontract Administration Responsibilities (If Assigned):

  • Performing change management tasks for relevant contracts.
  • Reviewing and processing subcontractor invoices.
