The GEnx Strategic Propulsion Engineer (SPPE) plays a critical role within the Customer Technical Programs (CTP) team at the Caledonian shop. The primary responsibility of this position is to design and develop strategic workscopes that align with Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) objectives, ensuring all Critical to Quality (CTQ) aspects are met. This role is also centered on recognizing and implementing cost-saving measures associated with CSA contracts, such as mitigating cost escalations, handling Material Review Board (MRB) dispositions and reducing shop costs effectively.

Additionally, this position is instrumental in formulating strategic workscopes tailored for Time and Material (T&M) contracts. Key Responsibilities & Duties
