Brief description of the Assignment
Coverage of Meetings:

  • The consultants shall be required to cowl the conferences of the Boards of Governors, Boards of Directors, Committees of the Boards of Governors and Boards of Directors, casual conferences of the Boards of Directors and another Bank Group sponsored conferences organized at and/or outdoors the Headquarters Location deemed to be coated by PSEG1.

Preparation of Reports:
The consultants shall be required to arrange stories on conferences coated. These embrace:

  • Official Record of the Boards of Governors throughout Bank Group Annual Meetings
  • Reports of the Subsidiary Organs of the Boards of Governors
  • Highlights of Board conferences
  • Flash Reports of Board Committee conferences
  • Full Reports of Committee conferences. Short stories on casual conferences, highlighting the primary conclusions reached may also be required for submission to the President for info.
  • It must be famous that Highlights of Board conferences and Flash Reports of Committee conferences must be prepared forty-eight (48) hours after the conferences.
  • The first draft of the detailed Committee Report must be prepared inside a most interval of ten (10) days after the assembly, on the understanding that the ultimate textual content could be prepared within the two working languages of the Bank, for circulation to Board members inside two to a few weeks.

Follow-Up of Draft Reports:

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • At least a Master’s Degree or its equal in Linguistics, Journalism, Communication, Macro-Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, Finance, Social Science and different associated disciplines;
  • Strong and confirmed translation expertise;
  • Preferably, a minimal of (7) years of related skilled expertise with sound analytical aptitudes.
