In February 2015, Townsend Veterinary Practice was acquired by CVS Group, a leading provider of integrated veterinary services in the UK. Following the acquisition, key appointments were made to the practice’s leadership. On February 2, 2015, Simon Campbell Innes and Nicholas John Perrin were appointed as directors and Rebecca Anne Cleal assumed the role of secretary.

Prior to the acquisition, Anthony Guy Barnby served as both director and secretary of Townsend Veterinary Practice Limited. He resigned from these positions on February 2, 2015, coinciding with the leadership changes implemented by CVS Group.

The practice prides itself on its accessibility and community involvement. Both locations offer disabled access and parking facilities, ensuring convenience for all clients. The Bromsgrove practice provides on-site parking with dedicated disabled spaces while the Rubery location offers free parking for one or two cars at the front, adjacent to a pelican crossing.
