Job Purpose

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to Area Sales Manager
  • Direct reviews are Wholesales Officers
  • Peers are different Territory Sales Managers

Principal Accountabilities

  • Key Distributor administration to ship constructive ROI. Efficient supervision of the Secondary gross sales workforce to drive product availability / Performance administration. Retail account administration and creation.
  • To set territory gross sales targets & aims from the general enterprise targets and aims.
  • Coaching and accompaniment with Directs reviews to reinforce effectivity.
  • Managing outlets-ensure correct servicing, settling disputes, deal with complaints, talk commerce promotions and shopper promotions, oversee merchandising and handle cost phrases.
  • Develop Distribution-add new markets, new shops, new beats, new yans, handcarts, trikes and bikes.
  • Meet secondary gross sales quantity and goal for the territory. Manage KD Staff-sales reps and KPO, Review them day by day.
  • Manage KD Warehouse- preserve FIFO, Stacking norm Market visit-At least 12 full days per thirty days, accompanied name with every SR not less than one full day in a month.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed

  • Possess a University Degree, in any self-discipline, ideally in Business Administration.
  • Possess two to 3 years of expertise inside a good/ multinational firm.
  • Be a pc skilled, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Have robust numerical abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Be a workforce participant with the flexibility to drive the workforce to unsurpassed success.
  • Be cellular and keen to be versatile when it comes to location.

Job Context & Special Features:

  • Previous expertise of working within the meals trade (ideally the edible oil sector) could be advantageous.
